OUR MISSION:
Our mission of leading people to pursue Jesus and His Way is so critical for a life that we were meant to live. We believe that God desires a relationship with every man, woman and child no matter what their background or issues. He is the One who transforms lives and we are called as a church to point to Him and His Way.
Jubilee Family Church desires to be a family of people pursuing Jesus together. This means we are committed to His Way that is described in the Word of God. It also means that we want to be a support and encouragement to one another in this journey. Being a "Family" church means that we want to be a family, not simply that we are here for families. Whether you are coming with your family or whether you are simply coming by yourself, we encourage you to come and join the family here at JFC. |

Our Story
The roots of Jubilee Family Church stretch back to 1949 when a church was founded in Loma, Colorado after a 12 week tent revival. The Loma Church of God faithfully served their community until 1964 when they merged with the Grand Junction congregation. In 1953, a fledgling congregation in Clifton, Colorado was reorganized as the Grand Junction Church of God and moved to a building at 8th Street and Rood Avenue near downtown Grand Junction. Soon a mission work was started in Fruita, Colorado.
The church moved to its current location at 483 30 Road in 1959. The first worship center on the property now serves as our Educational Facility. A chapel was added in 1975 and the Family Life Center (Gym) in 1991. Worship services began in the current sanctuary in 2001.
