Now for those that were here, you know that I did take a few minutes to talk about it being more.  For those that weren't and wanted to hear that, feel free to check out our sermon audio page.  Now, I'm not claiming to have said it all but the point is that everything we do is to bring glory to God.
John Piper has a message called, "Worship is an End in Itself" that I recommend because he talks about the fact that everything we do as a church has another layer of purpose.  Worship is the ultimate goal.  So here's what I'm thinking: how are our lives bringing God glory?  Do we really order our existence, priorities, habits, etc, in order to bring God honor?  Can we honestly pray Isaiah 26:8 - Yes, Lord, walking in the ways of Your truth, we wait for You, for Your Name and Your renown are the desire of our heart (from memory, so feel free to correct me if I misquoted).
Let's make God famous - yeah He already is more famous than the Beatles (sorry John, He always was), but we have so much more to do.  Let's love like crazy, share truth like we actually believe it, walk in His way so people hear our lives scream - "MY GOD IS AWESOME!!!"]]>
